My latest visit my service manager Joe, called me with updates, made sure i knew my options before they proceeded, and was very professional. Very happy with them and their quality of work. Message: Quick replacement of tires, balanced and aligned. Took an hour less than promised, so that was great. But when I asked about the price at the beginning, they did not mention the tire disposal fee. ($18)Still would come back again.

Message: This was my second time using Tony's, after having used a different shop for the last 15+ years, and I am now a loyal customer! This visit was for an issue that was challenging to diagnose, but they were persistent and ultimately diagnosed the problem. They were beyond fair with charges for correcting this issue, especially considering that diagnosis took quite some time. On each of my 2 visits it was easy to get an appointment that worked for my schedule. All of the staff is friendly and professional, and I received exceptionally good customer service from Joe.
