Message: Professional and down to earth. Took a vehicle with transmission issues that would require a new transmission. Personally not worth the hassle so I decided to junk the vehicle. At no charge to me, they were very patient while I attempted to contact multiple junk yards until I successfully had a company arrive to tow the vehicle. They give you thorough reports and estimates regarding the service needed after a full inspection. Mike is super friendly and helpful, and down to earth. He went above and beyond for us to ensure we'd have our vehicle ready for the weekend. You can rest assured you're not being taken advantage of and the work will be done right.. If there is any issue that needs to be resolved, they stand by their warranty, which is 5 years 50k miles.. Very pleased I chose Springdale and they will have all my business in the future.
