Message: I love this place! It’s very easy to book an appointment online and the staff is very willing to work with you to get your car fixed. They are willing to do after hour drop offs and pickups and explain all mechanical issues clearly. The prices are also very fair. Would recommend to anybody.

Message: The best staff! I don't even have to say anything else, but I will. Pricing is fair. When I need work completed in a timely manner and done right, this is where I go. My fleet is 10 times better since taking my maintenance work to Barnes.

Message: Really good place to take your vehicle if you need it worked on, employees are really respectful and does everything they can to fix a customers vehicle! I will be going back anytime my vehicle needs something done that I can't do!

Message: I called Barnes needing preventative maintenance on a very compressed time frame. They were super friendly and helpful and got me in right away, and delivered my truck when they said they would. What makes me rate them 5 stars is that they were detailed in their inspection of my truck, they checked my differential for me, changed the fluid at my request, and took care of my transmission and transfer case, and all of this was extra on top of what I asked for. Yet they still delivered my truck on time. They even called me after about a week just to make sure my truck was doing well even though they knew I was out of State. They delivered a high level of customer service, and work product.

Message: I have a 2013 VW Passat S. They went above and beyond in checking my Control Engine light alert, including running a diagnostic on all the electronics, checking suspension, wheels, brakes, tires, and all fluids. Extremely professional and personable speaking to them. They not only got me in the shop two weeks ahead of anyone else. They had me completely checked out in a day and the car was ready to go. It included a complete detailed report of all actions the service tech took to diagnose all functions on my car. The dealership was never this good in their quality of service.

Message: UPDATE: Barnes Auto reached out to me immediately to address all of my concerns. They made everything right and i am 100% satisfied with the results... I took my truck to Barnes with excitement and hopes of joy.. Fast forward to the call I received. Mr. Doyle #7 has no compression and there are some codes that need cleared. The cost will be between 4 to 12 Thousand Dollars. I was liked.. Dude that seems a little high. Let's clear the codes and let me think about it. There are more lights and codes on now then ever and I paid for this. I already priced the work prior to going to Barnes. The prices are almost double. So they did nothing to fix my problem.. Only cause me more. #caution Truck will not start.. WOW.

Message: One of the best places to get your automotive needs met! I have an older 92 4Runner and it had issues, they fixed it and did it right! 29 year old vehicle! I would definitely recommend them, local business owner and does the RIGHT thing. They seriously go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied! Thank you guys @ Barnes!

Message: Taking your truck to be serviced can be terrifying - but the team at Barnes Auto were awesome! They far exceeded our expectations! They were great about keeping us informed on parts, prices and a timeline for finishing the job. Our truck is running like a new one! And it hasn't been new since 1966!
